Remembering Hazel

Hazel was a beloved mum, grandma and great grandma. She was loving caring and a happy person, she enjoyed being with her family going on holidays and days out. Every Saturday Hazel house would be full with the family for a get together for hazels famous chip cobs. Hazel loved to bake with the grandkids and used to love knitting for the new baby’s in the family. As Hazel got poorly she couldn’t do as much as she could but would always make sure everyone was okay. Hazel wasn’t just our mum, grandma and great grandma she was the rock of the family and the soul of our lives. The imprint with have of our beloved mum, grandma and great grandma will always be with us in our hearts for internally. Always loved and never will be forgotten forever and always in our hearts.

A wife, a mother, a grandma too,
This is the legacy we have from you
You taught us love and how to fight
You gave us strength, you gave us might.
A stronger person would be hard to find,
And in your heart you were always kind.
You fought for us all in one way or another
Not just as a wife, not just as a mother.
For all of us you gave your best
And now the time has come for you to rest.
So go in peace, you’ve earned your sleep,
Your love in our hearts we’ll eternally keep

In loving memory of Hazel
